EEPISky G-01 Rocket Payload

The Homing Meteorology Payload project was a thrilling opportunity that our team took on for the Indonesian National Rocket Competition in 2010. The challenge was to create a payload rocket that incorporated meteorology sensors and actuators, enabling it to perform homing ability.

We spent a significant amount of time in trial and error to create a rocket propellant that would produce suitable thrust. Additionally, we conducted rigorous testing, including g-force, g-shock, homing, and vibration tests, to ensure the payload's ability to perform accurately during launch.

During the flight, the payload live broadcasted its reading data to the ground station, where our team had an informative monitoring GUI to track the data.

After the successful launch, we presented our recorded data and analysis to the judges, and we were thrilled to be announced as the 1st Winner of the Indonesian National Rocket Competition (KORINDO 2010). This project not only challenged our technical expertise but also required us to work effectively as a team to overcome obstacles and achieve our shared goal. We learned valuable lessons in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, which have since helped us excel in our respective fields.
