Buddy Robot for Benchmarking VR Headsets

This project involved a close collaboration with engineers from Optofidelity to evaluate software and testing procedures for benchmarking VR headsets. The project focused on testing and evaluating VR headsets on a robot platform, using various metrics and criteria to measure their performance, such as resolution, motion to photon latency, field of view, and tracking accuracy. As part of the project, the portfolio holder developed and maintained software tools for data analysis and visualization, utilizing programming languages such as Python. Through their efforts, the project provided valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of different VR headsets, helping to inform future product development and improve the overall user experience.
